Robbyn Lessig is a seasoned healthcare sales and business development leader with over 30 years of experience in revenue cycle management, compliance, AI-driven healthcare solutions, and cybersecurity. As Founder and CEO of Preferred Compliance Partners, she leads a team of software and consulting experts focused on delivering operational transformation and exceptional customer service.

Throughout her career, Robbyn has guided healthcare organizations through complex regulatory environments and technology transitions, implementing solutions that improve revenue integrity, reduce denials, and enhance efficiency. She is known for her ability to close multimillion-dollar deals, exceed sales targets, and align innovation with real-world compliance needs.

Robbyn holds a BS in Health Information Administration, RHIA credentials, and a Six Sigma Green Belt. Her community work centers on supporting homeless students, and she is an active member of HFMA, AHIMA, MGMA, and the National Wellness Institute.

Jim brings 30 years of financial and operational experience to the company.

 

Jim earned his CPA from the state board of Accountancy in Minnesota after graduating with honors from St. John’s University. Jim has worked for PwC and 3M before branching out on his own as a fractional CFO.

 

He has a history of delivering a nine figure annual revenue target from both a financial and optional perspective. Jim has a passion for decreasing costs and increasing operational efficiency in the Healthcare space. Jim is also a certified lean six sigma master black bet.

 

In his spare time Jim enjoys studying martial arts, including a first degree black belt in Shotokan karate and has recently begun his training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Jim has been married to Angie for the past 21 years and loves spending time with his wife and 4 children 

Christopher Eggert is a healthcare technology executive with over 20 years of experience driving growth through strategic sales leadership, AI innovation, and consulting. As Chief Growth Officer at Preferred Compliance Partners, he is responsible for expanding the company’s national footprint, scaling client partnerships, and spearheading market strategy in the healthcare compliance and revenue cycle spaces.

Chris has built and led top-performing sales teams, closed enterprise-level deals, and implemented virtual scribing, coding, and revenue cycle solutions across healthcare systems of all sizes. Known for his blend of strategic vision and operational execution, he has consistently delivered triple-digit growth, mentored high-performing teams, and led complex transitions for organizations facing significant regulatory changes.

Jerry holds degrees and certificates in business and creative fields from the University of Utah, Grand Canyon University and UCLA. He and his wife of 12 years live in Salt Lake City and are the proud parents of three small but entitled rescue dogs.
